One of the best things about my job is getting to shoot at some of the most breathtaking locations, Sacred Heart is probably one of my favorite churches here in Richmond. It was also one of the most important parts for Elizabeth & Jobby! When I asked them what was the most important thing that I needed to know about their wedding their response was them seeing each other for the first time walking down the aisle (and it was quite a moment, check it out below) and their family and friends coming to help them celebrate their wedding together!
What was even better though was the way that these two felt for each other! I mean listen to this snippet from their love story “It was like meeting your long time crush. It was something i had never felt before. I knew it that very instant that this girl is and will be very special to me. From her hearty laugh to her her dimpled smile. I was all over the place but still could not gather the courage to look her in the eye to talk. When i dropped her to her sisters place that day, I got to hug her. It was a very unique feeling – I loved hugging her at the same time it filled a void in me , I felt complete , I did not want to let go, but i had to. The drive back home that day was the lonliest i had ever felt – and knew then, that i would Never want to feel this way again and the only way i could do this was by marrying her.” I don’t think these two could be more perfect for each other and I was so happy to be a part of their wedding! A truly caring and welcoming family, beautiful details and locations, and an awesome creative team! It was the perfect way to get this season started!
